Big Red Builds was created with a straightforward mission: deliver honest, reliable craftsmanship at a reasonable price. We saw too many homeowners frustrated by rushed jobs, inflated quotes, and contractors who didn’t take pride in their work. So we built our company around the opposite approach—clear communication, fair pricing, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Our goal is simple: help people feel good about the homes they invest in every day.
The Owner
Sam Molloy is a carpenter specializing in framing and deck construction, and he founded Big Red Builds as both a way to provide for his family and to invest back into the community he cares about. Grounded in his values of faith, family, and hard work, Sam approaches every project with integrity and genuine pride in the craft. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, volunteering with refugees, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
The Crew
Every member of the Big Red crew brings their own experience, skills, and specialties to the table. But wearing our colors means more than being a talented craftsman—it means being a person of integrity, character, and strong values.
